the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.

I was quite disappointed that the air conditioning barely worked. the room became uncomfortably stuffy , even with the system running constantly. also , finding the gym so poorly equipped reminded me of a joke. It was basically two treadmills crammed into a closet.

i found the reception staff very helpful. they showed great flexibility and assisted me with my needs. the location was excellent and made sightseeing easier. the hotel is near public transport and many restaurants

i noticed the carpet was stained in my room, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. the bedding felt a bit rough, affecting my comfort. the room lacked perfect darkness due to curtains that did not fully block light.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. The staff was helpful. I found them very kind too. My room was clean and modern, with excellent air conditioning. I had a quiet room on the seventh floor.

The photos online were a little misleading. I didn't get a better room, a view, or a balcony, even though I booked an Executive Room. I did ask, but there were no such rooms available. I think management could have been more interested in helping.

the hotel was in walking distance to the city center with an underground station nearby.

i booked a room and expected a certain setup it was quite disappointing the room lacked a minibar i found this quite inconvenient especially since i expected it to be there based on the room description it made the stay feel less complete and less comfortable than i had hoped i really missed having that amenity.
